Me and friend found this a bit hard cause we didn't know what the average mean so then we had some help from class mates then he told us what it mean.So then did 7x4=28 then I add the cap then it made 18 so then my friends told me what to to do he told me what make 28 out of 18 then 10 so 18+10 is 28 so the answer is 10
